As a physician, Bert has spent his career making sure patients get the care they need. He’ll work to expand access to affordable, high-quality healthcare so families across our district aren’t left behind by a system that too often forgets them.

Lake County is growing fast — but growth without a plan hurts everyone. Bert will champion responsible development that respects our character, protects property values, and only moves forward when our infrastructure is ready.

Roads, water, and stormwater systems must keep up with our families. Bert will push for long-term, transparent infrastructure planning so we stop reacting to problems and start preventing them.

As a small business owner, Bert understands payroll, permitting, and the weight of regulation. He’ll cut red tape, support local entrepreneurs, and help small businesses thrive in every corner of District 2.

Mental health is healthcare. Bert will work to expand access to mental health services, support our schools, and reduce the stigma that keeps too many of our neighbors from getting help.
